An original character falls into the scene from above and lands in a new world.

The character discovers an original creature, danger or unexpected presence.

The character turns and runs to escape the threat.

The character jumps into a clearly visible hole, portal or passage and disappears.
The end of your film will become the gateway to the next creator's world.

A few loops picked from the entries, edited by the team. Updated regularly.
Credits & funding
Every creator will be credited on screen while their clip is playing. Participation is voluntary and unpaid. The final Community Film will not be monetized by The LoopHole Project. Any optional Ko-fi donations are intended solely to help cover website, hosting and production costs.
Everything else is yours
You are free to invent:
- the character;
- the threat;
- the world;
- the visual style;
- the camera and staging;
- the rhythm;
- the AI tools and production workflow;
- the sound design and music.
AI generation may be combined with editing, compositing, animation, 3D, practical footage and any other creative technique.
Surprise us with a world only you could imagine.
Technical requirements
- One submission per creator.
- Maximum duration: 20 seconds.
- Maximum file size: 100 MB.
- Main master: 16:9.
- Optional additional version: 9:16.
- Minimum resolution: 720p.
- Recommended resolution: 1080p.
- File format: MP4 or MOV.
- Video codec: H.264.
- Sound design is required. Music is optional; if used, you must own or have permission to use it.
- Optional: add up to 1 second of sound over black at the start and/or end to help create smoother audio transitions. 20 seconds max in total.
- You must own or have permission to use every visual and audio element.
To preserve the continuity of the Community Film, do not add an opening title, closing title, credits, logo or end card inside your video.
Original worlds only
Your submission must not contain:
- existing fictional characters;
- recognizable real people or public figures;
- brands, trademarks or visible commercial logos;
- political figures, parties, symbols or messages;
- copyrighted footage, music or assets you are not authorized to use;
- hateful, sexually explicit or excessively graphic content.
Your character, threat and universe must be original creations.
What happens next?
Every contribution that follows the creative, technical and legal requirements will be included in the complete Community Film.
Your contribution may also appear in:
- Random Pick compilations produced during the project;
- promotional excerpts published by The LoopHole Project;
- the editorial Top 100 selection.
Random Picks are genuinely random. The Top 100 is a subjective editorial selection and does not replace the complete Community Film.
